- 1/4 tsp Lemon Juice

Cooking Method
Step 1
Place in sugar into TM bowl to pulverize for 10sec, Speed 10 with MC, twice. Leave it for 10mins to set while you may seperate the egg whites.
Pour out and set aside.

Step 2
Insert butterfly. Pour in egg whites and lemon juice to beat till fluffy and glossy for 4mins at Speed 3.5. After 30sec, gradually add in the powdered sugar thru opening hole in 3 batches.
Tips
Make sure your TM bowl is clean and dry before beating the egg whites.
