Serene Koh’s Teochew Yam Paste / Ornee
- Yam 400g net (after removed skin, cut into cubes)
- Water 250g
- Sugar 50g
- Pumpkin 100g net ( after removed skin, cut into cubes)
- Gingo nut x 12 pieces
- Coconut oil (organic oil from Hockhua $12 per bottle)
- Olive oil 20g
Place ingredients B onto Varoma tray for steaming.Place ingredients A into TM bowl to cook.

After 20 minutes, remove varoma dish and put pumpkin into bowl and smash with fork for topping while pumpkin is hot. Put oil into TM bowl to blend.
