    1. 300g short grain brown rice (buy from Hockhua)
    2. 1000g water
  • B
    1. 30g dried prawn (personal & removed water)
    2. 3 pcs shallot
    3. 3 pcs garlic
    4. 30g coconut oil

    1. 50g French beans
    2. Carrot 1 inch size as picture (use speed 6, chopped as per picture)
  • D
    1. Parsley or slice red chilly (remove seed) to garnish

Cooking Method
Step 1
Put rice into simmering basket, wash & put into TM bowl with simmering basket. Add 1000g water into TM bowl

When rice cooked remove simmering basket and set aside. Add ingredients B except oil.

Tips
If prefer rice texture softer, can increase cooking time
