    1. 170g cheddar cheese
    2. 140g parmesan cheese
    3. 1800g water
    4. 300g elbow macaroni
    5. 2tsp salt

    1. 60g butter
    2. 40g flour
    3. 500g fresh milk

Cooking Method
Step 1
Place cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese into mixing bowl to grate. Take out and set aside.

Pour water into mixing bowl , add in salt and elbow macaroni to cook .

Drain the cooked macaroni and set aside .

Prepare an oven safe dish , lay 1/3 portion of cooked macaroni evenly at the bottom of the dish . Use measuring cup to measure 2 cups of cheese mixture and spread evenly on top of the cooked macaroni . Then followed by another 1/3 portion of cooked macaroni again , 2 MC of cheese mixture , and lastly the balance of cooked macaroni on the upper layer . Set aside and prepare the white sauce .

Place butter into mixing bowl to melt .

Pour white sauce over prepared macaroni. Topping with remaining cheese mixture. Baked in 180C preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
